Due to demand we are running this event for a second time!
Join Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei and Aaiotanga Community Trust (Emily Place) for a city centre hikoi, kai and conversation.
Limited to 45 places, this community-led event has been designed for 'City Centre Navigators' - people from our local board, council organisations, community organisations and others, who are all working towards the regeneration of our city centre ecology and strengthening our collaborations, as council, as community and as mana whenua.
Inspired by the founding story of Auckland, and the Auckland Heritage and Climate Festivals, this is an opportunity to deepen our appreciation for the essential nature and identity of our shared place.
Kaikōrero - Malcolm Paterson (Preeminent historian Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei)
Community Spokesperson - Damaris Kingdon (Aaiotanga Trust)
Conversation and Reflection - Everyone
